I ordered Apple Airpods on 18/12/2000. Even though I was informed that the item would arrive within 6-11 working days, I was also informed that there could be delays over the Christmas period. When they hadn't arrived by 10/01/2021, I emailed the company. I received a courteous and helpful reply and the item was delivered 3 days later. Very pleased with the outcome and the product. I would buy from this company again without hesitation. Great service!
