I ordered Sony XM4s and they arrived on the 6th working day (within the 6-8 expedited delivery). Initially, I was worried as I ordered before reading any reviews and they were more negative than expected. I emailed the support team with any queries and received a response within 24 hours (on a weekday). All in all a good experience, the headphones arrived new, sealed and are working as expected. I saved £130 with Techinthebasket!
