Sell, sell, sell - no warranty
After a few uses, the wireless microphone set purchased from TechInTheBasket can no longer be switched on. The set, which was otherwise as good as new, was returned to TITB via RMA for repair. In ten weeks, no replacement parts could allegedly be obtained, although the device was still being sold. TITB refused the exchange and instead offered a credit note of only 40 EUR instead of the purchase price of almost 180 EUR. Despite repeated correspondence, TITB refuses to honour its legal warranty obligation.
