I recently bought a pair of AirPods from TechInTheBasket, and the experience has been nothing but a headache. When I tried to register the AirPods on Apple's website for warranty, I found out they couldn't be registered. This raised serious concerns about the authenticity of the product. To make matters worse, TechInTheBasket's customer service was unresponsive and offered no assistance in resolving this issue. I strongly advise against purchasing from them, as their products may not be genuine, and their customer support is severely lacking.
