I would not recommend buying from this company. Anything you buy from TecoUK you are actually buying from a Hong Kong company and the sale is governed by HongKong law so you do not have the usual English law protections on the quality of the product. They sold me a Dyson hairdryer in the UK but it came with an international plug and an adapter contrary to advice from Dyson that the product would not work properly with an adapter. They did agree to refund me but I had to pay £60 to post the product back to them and they refused to reimburse this even though they sold me a product which (had English law applied) was not of reasonable quality for sale in the UK or fit for purpose. Better to pay a bit more and buy your product from the UK than from a company you have no realistic prospect of claiming again (unless you fancy going to the courts in Hong Kong) if something goes wrong.
