Do not use this company. I purchased a Huawei smartwatch costing £122 at the start of July 2020. I received an email stating it was with the courier on 14/7 and it had been delayed by 24 hours. Nothing since, despite numerous emails sent by myself. All I received is generic response stating they were sorry, once stating they were opening up an investigation with the courier. That was clearly false as I've heard nothing. Currently we are in November, five months after parting with my money. And very unlikely to see it or my purchase for that matter. Wish I'd done my research first. DO NOT USE!!!!
