I have ordered an item for my son for xmas 2020, payment complete and paid in full. Several days later recieved an email with tracking number, only a day later recieved an email to say something went wrong with payment order cancelled and will be refunded within 10 days!! No contact number, no idea if gift is coming assuming not. Please please avoid this company.
