Absolute farce! Paid my money, TecoBuy entrusted the package to DHL courier on 14 December, DHL Tracking has the package all the way from HongKong, through Singapore, through Germany, and last entry shows 'flight landed in UK'. Royal Mail tracker shows 'package on its way from Germany. Yet here we are a month later and NOTHING! And what are TecoBuy doing about it? Sweet FA... And the support from DHL? Phuck all!! Wouldn't cross the street to p155 on either if they were on fire. Don't trust either of them.
