Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Item ordered in mid-November as a Christmas present for my children, didn't arrive until mid-January. No tracking information available on the parcel. Had zero response to any of my emails to them until I opened a dispute through PayPal at which point they sent a generic email blaming the couriers. Refused to give any compensation for the delay in delivery. Worst customer care I've ever received. Do not buy from them.
