Low prices because of unfaire competition. I've received a smartphone that was only for indian market (low prices due to this), now I have a half of apps in hindi. No warranty in EU, the phone it's not recognised by the manufacturer here. The clearance was made as a dock station with 19$ value, so they don't pay taxes (low prices due to this). I have bring them the possibility to refund and solve the problem but the customer service is like a bot from 2000's, they repeat constantly: "Pay by yourself shipping costs, and take the risks of the shipping. Pay 38$ of fees and after that maybe we will refund you completely.." I've decide to report the to the authorities for violation of clearance declaration, violation of warranty terms, violation for importing in EU of products not certified in EU. And of course will report the situation to the legal office of the phone manufacturer too.
