I paid £379 for a complete Dyson Airwrap set in November 2020 it has never arrived despite Tecobuy saying it had. I never had the tracking info until after it said it was delivered so I never knew when it was coming despite asking several times. I raised an undelivered case with them and they have emailed me back today saying that as I only paid for standard delivery I am only liable for £10 compensation with the Royal mail DO NOT buy anything from this disgusting Company there tracking, customer service and flyer service is terrible
