I ordered a watch which took forever to arrive. When it did arrive the box it was in had a broken hinge. The watch was ok but far too small for my wrist! I returned it in exactly the packaging that it had arrived in. I am now told by TecoBuy that they can’t refund my money (£147.99) because the packaging was broken. They will not acknowledge that it arrived broken and continue to say that they can’t refund the money. Not only that but they want me to pay £32 to return the watch to me!!!!! That’s not going to happen!! What a load of rogues!!!
