Although they portray themselves as a UK company, and claim a warranty workshop based in UK on their web page, this is a lie. ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE RETURNED TO HONG KONG AT BUYER'S EXPENSE. And since it is ILLEGAL to send used batteries in the post overseas, effectively their warranty is worthless.
