After buying a new phone that wouldn't turn on after the battery had fully discharged and recharged they have refused to answer three emails I've sent them about the problem. I'm away on holiday and could access my business, sat nav and spent two days of my holidays visiting mobile phone shops and trying to get expert advice. After 3 days of no response from Tecobuy I had to buy a new phone. $400 wasted. Do not buy from this site. I wish I'd read the reviews first
