DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...we bought a mobile phone from them as a Christmas present for our daughter. The phone arrived and was opened on Christmas day to find that it wasn't working. We followed the procedure set out by Tecobuy to return it for a replacement. Tecobuy then wrote to us saying that it was damaged. We have photographic and video proof that there was no damage to the item when we sent it back using THEIR courier. When you agree to terms and conditions of purchase you sign away any normal consumer rights. Seals on this and another product we got from them are not the same as the product seals you would expect to get so there is question over whether the product was actually new as advertised. Please also beware as you have NO MANUFACTURERS warranty with products you buy from them. They are now holding us to ransom as they have the phone. They will not return it unless we pay over £200 which includes repair and carriage charges. You have absolutely no consumer protection as they are based in Hong Kong, none of the GB consumer laws protect you. I have raised a case with the Consumer Council in HK but I do not expect to see the phone or my money again.
