1. Took a long time to arrive.
2. I thought they had a base in the UK, they don't, they're in Hong Kong.
3. They sent the wrong item.
4. They were so slow to respond to my return request that I had to open a Paypal dispute, which they seemed to resent.
5. Their returns system is a pain to use and they take several days to respond to each communication.
