I work for a care home run by a charity and ordered in good faith a thermometer which was promised delivery in days - that was at the beginning of March and it still hasn't arrived. Given the current circumstances we find ourselves in this was a much needed piece of equipment and they were promising a good delivery which nobody else could - should have seen the red flag then really! They have taken our money which we are trying to get back but please be very careful before ordering with these people.
