Ordered a phone, took 3 weeks of nothing. Costomer support did reply with you'll get your tracking number when it is posted. Had another 3 weeks of the traking saying waiting for it to arrive. Asked for a refund or return address if it was too late. Support said it was too late & to RMA when it arrived. RMA conditions are that it is returned to Hong Kong within 14 Days, how when they cannot get it posted out under 6 weeks? Think I'm off to paypal for help too.
