i just bought a hair dryer costs 249.99pounds i realise that the code does'nt recognised from the system of manufactors in uk. i ask them and they said that if i'm not happy with it to give it back to the company who is in hong kong and i must pay the post 99.00pounds. the warranty of the item is from manufacture 2 years but they give one year and you can think what they want to do and the way that they support. DON'T BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING
