Company is based in China and since they have their own online retail store; they do not follow any European or US refund & exchange rules. I bought a phone from their website and it started to show signal loss issue so I sent the phone back to them. It’s been over three months now and they haven’t sent back the fixed phone or refund. So one will be shopping on his/her own risk when shopping from TecoBuy
