Finally got details supplied for returning the item, but took three weeks. This was a non UK address to send back to, and was supposed to be a collection service.
Had to take item to a depot. Once it had been scanned into the system by UPS, Tecobuy then changed the delivery address via PayPal, so that it was impossible to send the item back and satisfy Pay Pal rules.
TecoBuy now refusing to follow Distance Selling Laws, even though they have confirmed that they have the item back, and refund the item.
Avoid this company at all costs, as ignoring the law, and deliberately making things complicated and confusing.
