I ordered a bag from Ted baker on the 30th of November for my partner as a Christmas present, after emailing them as I was concerned that their chosen courier service Hermes had not received the item yet after 7 days (7th of December) they wrote back to me to say that they had lost the item and issued me a refund without asking as the item was out of stock. I now have to wait 10 working days (2 weeks) for my refund which means I will no longer be able to get my partner her Christmas's present I find this level.of service unconscionable and appalling, I will never shop with them ever again and I would advise extremely strongly against shopping with a company that for all intense and purposes loses your items and holds your money to ransom they are an out and out disgrace
