they charged delivery fees although their website mentioned its free

I was very disappointed with the service of this store. I ordered a coat in size 3, the next day the order was canceled. I ordered the coat again, attempt 2 but in a different color. It was confirmed and delivered in time but not in size 3, but in 2. The purchase price was £164 in size 3, but the size 2 sent to me was already £131. I asked for a refund of the difference of £30 for their mistake, the store replied that they were not against me returning the goods. They don’t want to make contact with the client, and it’s their mistake. And I need to spend my working time on sending the goods. This attitude discourages you from buying other things.

Company has gone down with terrible customer service. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and never experience such rude customer service like their current staff. First, you cannot reach them by phone or live chat. I tried calling 10 times. They purposely did not deliver 2 items but sent me a notification of a refund email without specifiying wich item is out of stock. Later, they told me that only 1 item is out of stock and 1 item that is still missing cannot be identified. They refused to refund the missing item that I have yet to received. Poor communication, poor customer service. Sadly, I would never shop here again.

Ted Baker is not paying the freelancers they work with. I've heard many people saying the same thing, and it's happening to me as well: Ted Baker Netherlands is not paying the freelancers they work with. It's very dodgy, dark and secretive. They won't tell the reason for it, and just not paying. This is a clear sign that this company is involved in shady business, and is not to be trusted at all. If they're so unfair and dodgy about the people they work with, this says a lot about their ethics and how they operate as an organisation.

Sent a coat that was too large back to them, with “their” return label on Dec 21st, they received it on Dec. 27 and I have not received my credit. It has been a month since they received my return. I have kept records of mailing, their receiving etc. I now cannot get through to them by email or phone to inquire about my refund, they will not answer their phone and I receive the same blanket email back that “some one will contact me from customer service soon”. I will contact my credit card company now.

I'm a high net worth individual and will NEVER shop here again! I returned all my items beginning of Dec and still don't have a refund. Sent 3 emails and called 7 times. This company is going down the tube. It's disgusting how their operations are treating customers. Filing a complaint and fraud dispute with my credit card company now.

Same complaint as ALL the others. How are they able to stay in business when no one can contact them? I cannot reach via phone or email, has been over 2 weeks and I cannot generate a return label on their online portal. I would filed a BBB complaint but dont think I can due to them being based in the UK? This is terrible! If I was on social media, I'd be telling everyone.

I was Ted Baker customer for many years and have dozens of dresses that I purchases in the previous years, never had an issues. But what a nightmare it is now. Unfortunately, I will not be a customer of Ted Baker any longer. I am trying to return a purchase and can not get a response from Ted Baker for days. I called customer service many times in their business hours: no one answers. I sent multiple emails - no response. Before that, I had to search through their website to figure our how to generate my return label. When I finally found it, return form doesn't work, it doesn't recognize the order number, so no return label can be printed. Wow! This is ridiculous.

I have been trying to make a return for WEEKS. Their return portal does not work. I have called dozens of times and the phones do not seem to be monitored. I have also emailed quite a few times with no response. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company as based on the reviews I’m reading now this is the norm for Ted Baker and it’s unacceptable.

I like their clothes. They tend to be on the higher quality end. However, a recent order I received lacked that standard. The shirt was a rolled up mess in the plastic bag, not brand new which was what I ordered. When you pay high prices you expect quality clothes. A t-shirt still had a security tag. I contacted them through email for which I received a rather patronising reply from J*d*, with a sarcastic apology, telling me to return the items, for which I would be paying to return. After quite a few emails nothing has been resolved.

Bought merchandise for Christmas. Have been trying for over two weeks to return. Can’t get on line to print return label nor any answer from Customer Service. Emailed them twice and still waiting to hear from them for return label. Giving company until Monday and then contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge from Ted Baker. Very frustrating and disappointing! Haven’t had issues with them in the past.

Their return portal is not working, they don’t answer email or their customer support line. I called their store in Philly and manager said they would pass along my info, but still nothing. I pinged them on Instagram, their digital team said they would pas along my info, still nothing. I have $2k in merchandise I need to return. I shouldn’t have to carry the charge. I contacted the better business bureau and everyone else should too.

I am trying to return a purchase and can not get a response from this company. First, the return information is not readily available in your order. There is no prompt or instructions for generating a return labe. You have search for the return portal on their website. BUT, it does recognize the order number, so no return label. Additionally, no one returns emails. And no one picks up the phone line. This is absurd.

Have been trying to make a return using the online portal. Impossible to log in - keeps showing an error. No answer via phone number. I'm out over $600 because I can't return what I bought that doesn't fit. Unacceptable.

I have not received the refund on three items worth $1,300 I have returned over 3 months ago. No responses on numerous emails and phone calls from the customer service. It is unacceptable to exhibit such negligence in addressing customer concerns.

BEWARE of Ted Baker Customer Service! Because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. In fact, there is NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. Do you want to make a RETURN? Then, YOU better PAY for it yourself, despite their claim online of free returns. Returns online do not work and they do not answer their emails except with an automated generated response that says the team will respond to you in 72 hours, which they never do. I have emailed them numerous times (at least 20 times) and have gotten the same response. Oh and try calling! You will be put on hold and then they will drop your call. Even online chat does not work. They ask for your name and email and you are disconnected. Their service is poor. After over a month of trying to get a response, I finally went to the post office and paid $60.00 out of my pocket to return the four items I bought. How does this company expect its customers to patronize them if they do not respond to calls, texts, or emails?  I am very DISAPPOINTED in TED BAKER and that is an understatement.

MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Had to have multiple phone calls to them and still not resolving the issue. Lack of efficiency and rude attitudes, totally ruined the shopping experiences!! If you want Ted baker, buy from third party instead of their website. Terrible postal packaging and the product are not in the good conditions. Most annoyingly was the attitudes of the customer service: pretending to go silence, pushing the responsibility to others , being extremely rude, and not helpful, not even tried to check the order status before responding rudely over the phone. I’m very disappointed with their services. It have taken a whole month now to process a refund on a faulty items. I assumed it was because there isn’t a feedback rating system to monitor the staff hence they have been acting so poorly.

This has been a horrible buying experience. I have been trying to return a purchase and can not get a response from this company and the link on their site is not working. Going on two weeks. No one returns emails. Horrible customer service. I was going to exchange it, but after this experience I am done with them.
