“Received item nicely packaged. Returned the dress it was far too big. Waited 12 for a refund emailed then . Received the refund in 2 days minus £3.00 less than I had paid with no explanation. I emailed them they said it was to cover postage as I had used Collect plus to return the dress. I was not impressed no where did it say they would take any money for postage.”
“Ordered a handbag from Ted Baker regardless of reading some horrific reviews of their online store and sub par customer service. I was pleasantly surprised as I had braced myself for the worst. The processing time was a bit longer than the average online retailer, 7 days. But once I was notified it had shipped it was here within 4 days. Delivered as expected, lovely quality, exactly what I would expect from ted. The 3 stars are reflective of the extended processing time and difficulty in getting prompt responses from customer service.”
