I like their clothes. They tend to be on the higher quality end. However, a recent order I received lacked that standard. The shirt was a rolled up mess in the plastic bag, not brand new which was what I ordered. When you pay high prices you expect quality clothes. A t-shirt still had a security tag. I contacted them through email for which I received a rather patronising reply from J*d*, with a sarcastic apology, telling me to return the items, for which I would be paying to return. After quite a few emails nothing has been resolved.

I have just bought the same product for the 2nd time, two different sizes, and twice have they been cancelled due to no stock... If that is the case then why don't you update your website to show them as our of stock, other companies do. Not sure I'd be buying from them again

SAME ISSUE. It has been exactly 2 months since I sent my return that is over $800 using their return label. I never took a picture of the label as I dropped it at the USPS office and never had any issue with any return ever before. I followed up with them several times by email, they response on a timely fashion but issue not resolved till today 08/18/2020. I sent my return 06/18/2020. Too bad I like their style and I used to shop in person in their store, this was my first time buying from their online store and it is super disappointing.

Ive had the same issue as everyone else. I mailed back in EARLY JUNE and finally got an email July 27th that they had received my package. it was easily over 6 weeks. Then another 3 weeks gone by no refund. YOU HAVE TO CALL AFTER 4PM EASTERN TIME. I think their phone goes to England so if you try to call during day you cant get through if youre in US. I had about a 30 min wait on hold after 4pm and when I got through they corrected issue right away. (my credit card had expired while waiting for refund so they needed new info).

Sent back a return almost 6 weeks ago and still have not received any communication confirming receipt nor refund to my credit card. I used the prepaid shipping label that was included with the original order to send back the item. A Ted Baker customer service rep (who was very professional and responsive) informed me that Ted Baker leverages Pitney Bowes as their shipping label provider. The prepaid return labels are assigned randomly and are not tied to the Ted Baker order number so they have no way to track the shipment. This would've been nice to know ahead of time as I would have certainly taken a photo of the label had I known this was the case. I have never experienced that with any other retailers who provide a prepaid return shipping option with their orders. Instead I have no idea if/when this shipment was delivered to their returns DC or if it was lost by the USPS. At this point I'm considering it a total loss. I give them a 1 for returns process and a 3 for customer service since the rep was at least trying to be helpful. 2 for overall experience.

Returns policy very strict compared with other online stores. Two dresses returned just outwith the two week return period and no refund given. It took three phone calls to prevent the dresses being sent back to me and to be given a credit note instead. Inaccurate information recorded on their system during the course of these phone calls. Love the clothes just don't think Ill be using their website again.
