I ordered sandals and received the wrong item. I then contacted customer service and explained what happened and was told to send the item back and they will send me the correct order. I told them I do not have a return label and they said they will email me one. it took 5 phone calls and 5 days for them to email me the return label. I finally sent my the wrong item and got the confirmation that they received it. I then waited A FULL MONTH AND A HALF for them to send the correct order and NOTHING!! I then contacted them again, and the customer service rep said he will send them the warehouse a note for them to ship my order and that I should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. After waiting 4 days and no confirmation email I called to cancel my order and request a refund. They didn't even refund me the full amount. This is by far the worst online store I have ever bought from. I wouldn't recommend buying from this store.

I ordered a £170 dress from Ted online. They sent me the wrong product and when I reached out to them, they advised that the ordered product was no longer available. I returned the item for a refund but they claimed it was never received and have refused to refund me for an item that I didn't even order in the first place. the customer service team were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have been a loyal TB customer for a long time but will never use the company again after this.

I ordered a bag from Ted baker on the 30th of November for my partner as a Christmas present, after emailing them as I was concerned that their chosen courier service Hermes had not received the item yet after 7 days (7th of December) they wrote back to me to say that they had lost the item and issued me a refund without asking as the item was out of stock. I now have to wait 10 working days (2 weeks) for my refund which means I will no longer be able to get my partner her Christmas's present I find this level.of service unconscionable and appalling, I will never shop with them ever again and I would advise extremely strongly against shopping with a company that for all intense and purposes loses your items and holds your money to ransom they are an out and out disgrace

I sent back an item for return a month ago and haven’t received my refund. I used their prepaid label and they have no record of the tracking number that they sent.

Continually cancel orders when the same items are still on the website for sale. I have re-ordered the same item 3 times each time they have been cancelled. Complaints sent to Ted Baker who sent generic response and no explanation.Why advertise items for sale when they don’t have them. Slow to deal with refunds so don’t hold your breath.

Being a Ted Baker customer for years, I'm disappointed with the poor customer service they have in place. I returned some items I bought online to them yet still chasing for my refunds. I have contacted their customer service daily and just been told it's been processed. They are not willing to investigate either. So this is the first time and definitely the last time I will use their online service. I have no product and they've taken my money. AVOID USING THEIR ONLINE.

Bought a purse as a gift. Created online account and completed the order. 4 hours later had email to say my order was cancelled and money refunded. No real explanation and no reply to my customer service enquiry. First and last experience of this company.

I wish I had read these reviews before I decided to purchase a dress online. I have never bought anything online from them before and will never do it again. The dress didn't fit so I tried to take it back to the store for an immediate refund. I was told to send it back at my expense. I have done this 10 days ago, I have emailed customer services to see why I haven't received my refund as I too was kept on hold for 30 minutes on the phone so gave up to be told it has to go through a process in the warehouse which can take up to 7 days then I should get my refund 2 weeks later. They have £107 of my money as they have the dress back to re-sell it should be done immediately. They cannot call themselves a premium brand they offer a rubbish service for average quality clothes. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM TED BAKER!

Same complaint as ALL the others. How are they able to stay in business when no one can contact them? I cannot reach via phone or email, has been over 2 weeks and I cannot generate a return label on their online portal. I would filed a BBB complaint but dont think I can due to them being based in the UK? This is terrible! If I was on social media, I'd be telling everyone.

I have been trying to make a return for WEEKS. Their return portal does not work. I have called dozens of times and the phones do not seem to be monitored. I have also emailed quite a few times with no response. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company as based on the reviews I’m reading now this is the norm for Ted Baker and it’s unacceptable.

Still waiting for a refund from December. No response on phone or via email. Apparently next step is to report them to trading standards. It makes you think Ted Baker is a scam company.

I have been trying to get hold of your department for over two weeks , terrible customer service , no one is ever available but you still charge people money , why you have forms and telephone numbers if no one is ever going to answer ??? Iv never had to deal with such a poor customer service in my life !

Jacket bought as Christmas present For my daughter Online purchase it had faulty belt Sent images Asked for new belt Was told to send whole thing back Using their own stupid system No acknowledgement of garment being Received and no corespondent regarding new item Being sent Still waiting Lack lustre service from staff on line Would not buy ted baker Sorry

It is impossible to use the return portal, and if you call you are put on hold indefinitely. I returned an item December 16th and have still not been refunded for that item. My daughter tried to exchange another item in an atlanta store and was told she could not make the exchange without the original receipt which was not in the package when I received it. I would attempt to send that item back but since I havent been refunded for the other item it seems pointless

Ted Baker is the worst, most scummiest company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. Their customer service is legit non existent, so if you order a $600 jacket like I did that you ultimately need to return, best of luck to you. Their online return portal will not generate a return label for you, and it’s safe to say you’re better off going to Mars and back before their customer service team gets back to you. I hope this company goes out of business for their criminal behavior and I hope it takes deep pleasure in knowing that not only can Jeff Bezos generate a return label, but he can actually go to outer space too.

Bought an item of clothing online that was too big in the end so took it to the store to return but couldn't because they said it was an outlet item (must've changed in price from the time I bought it). Then tried to generate a printing label to mail it back but kept getting an error when generating return label, tried calling them and was hold for 20 minutes only at the end of that time waiting to hear an automated message to say that they don't have capacity to handle any calls. Appalling service given how much they charge for their items, way better service at other clothing stores that don't charge anywhere near as much! Very disappointing!

Very bad customer service, no response to the enquiry neither complaint on no refund of the item which was sent back over a month ago. Considering the prices of the items, I would expect better service. Very disappointing and I would not purchase from them again.

Unable to contact a representative by calling their helpline. I literally get cut off every time I have attempted to call. Their delivery service by Evri is also awful. Evri have stated they attempted delivery but no one has actually turned up to deliver as stated. Still waiting 2 days later without any help from Ted Baker. Avoid. Do not purchase via their website. Better to purchase through a high street store.

Horrible customer service. And because of Ted Baker's petty reps, I will be returning a $800++ order. I will NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS BS COMPANY. They need to train their customer reps better. Before my order even shipped, I was eligible for a 20% discount. The rep would not honor this even though I provided what was on their website. They don't even have a customer login. Total scam company. Do not buy from Ted Baker online. Really horrible customer service. They don't even answer the phone during their "open" hours. Remember this order will be returned upon receipt. I also requested to cancel before it shipped and was not able to. It is being RETURNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
