“Bought 13 items order during summer sales, order was shipped exactly a week later. Ground shipping was also slow, resulting to me receiving goods a full month after order. Returned 6 items in a very very careful repackaging (read the reviews here in advance) after trying some of them. I should note that return was confirmed, processed and refunded within 13 days of shipping back. I 'm happy.”
