I like their clothes. They tend to be on the higher quality end. However, a recent order I received lacked that standard.
The shirt was a rolled up mess in the plastic bag, not brand new which was what I ordered. When you pay high prices you expect quality clothes.
A t-shirt still had a security tag.
I contacted them through email for which I received a rather patronising reply from J*d*, with a sarcastic apology, telling me to return the items, for which I would be paying to return.
After quite a few emails nothing has been resolved.
