Received item nicely packaged. Returned the dress it was far too big. Waited 12 for a refund emailed then . Received the refund in 2 days minus £3.00 less than I had paid with no explanation. I emailed them they said it was to cover postage as I had used Collect plus to return the dress. I was not impressed no where did it say they would take any money for postage.
