Their return portal is not working, they don’t answer email or their customer support line. I called their store in Philly and manager said they would pass along my info, but still nothing. I pinged them on Instagram, their digital team said they would pas along my info, still nothing. I have $2k in merchandise I need to return. I shouldn’t have to carry the charge. I contacted the better business bureau and everyone else should too.
