It was confirmed and delivered in time but not in size 3, but in 2. The purchase price was £164 in size 3, but the size 2 sent to me was already £131. I asked for a refund of the difference of £30 for their mistake, the store replied that they were not against me returning the goods. They don’t want to make contact with the client, and it’s their mistake. And I need to spend my working time on sending the goods. This attitude discourages you from buying other things.
