“Ted Baker at London Bridge station - our customer service person Sherrell was absolutely amazing, everything you could want- warm, friendly, helpful, no hard sell. She made us laugh and made us feel special! She is fabulous!!! Plus we love the coats my husband and I bought! Love Cathy and Steve”

“Ted Baker recent went the extra mile for me. I lost the belt to my coat and they made lots of phone calls and found a spare belt for me at their warehouse in Australia and sent it over for me. Amazing service. Great clothes and great store in Auckland City!”

“I visit the bluewater store often with my daughter & on different occasions i was served by Sydney and Jordan and found that they were extremely helpful, welcoming, friendly & chatty which you dont find very often in other retail companies. This is very refreshing, so it made our experience more special. I work in retail myself so when you receive excellent service, its nice to be recognised.”
