Still waiting for a refund from December. No response on phone or via email. Apparently next step is to report them to trading standards. It makes you think Ted Baker is a scam company.

They do not even deserve one star. I ordered an item on December 18th and i still haven't received it and can't get in touch with anyone. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered as I thought Ted Baker was a reputable brand, the business is a con. I want my item or a refund but looks like i've been robbed of £90, beyond angry.

Shocking service, ordered something 20th December - still not arrived probably because they used the worst carrier in the UK - Evri aka HERMES. They don't answer the phone and have not emailed back after several emails TWO WEEKS AGO!! This company should be investigated. I'll be doing a chargeback.

Holy God Almighty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I actually didn't technically experience the service because THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went out on a limb and ordered pant sizes that normally fit me and they were too big. Now trying to return them and get my order info and they have completely ghosted me after numerous calls on hold and filling out online forms and emailing them. It's been 5 days since my emails and online forms and still nothing. They quote you at 72hr response time. Taking items to local tailor to salvage my gamble on this company.

An absolutely disgusting customer service! Every single time I ordered from them I had to wait weeks for the parcel to arrive. At the moment I am still waiting for my order for 3 weeks now for which I have no status provided and no chance of contacting anybody to get an update. Ridiculous!

Zero communication. Zero response to my query on where my stuff is . I’ve paid , they have took my money! They don’t get back to email/phone calls 17 times I’ve filled out the forms for a response!!!! Just AVOID AVOID AVOID …. Please do not use them there criminals

I have been trying to get hold of your department for over two weeks , terrible customer service , no one is ever available but you still charge people money , why you have forms and telephone numbers if no one is ever going to answer ??? Iv never had to deal with such a poor customer service in my life !

Jacket bought as Christmas present For my daughter Online purchase it had faulty belt Sent images Asked for new belt Was told to send whole thing back Using their own stupid system No acknowledgement of garment being Received and no corespondent regarding new item Being sent Still waiting Lack lustre service from staff on line Would not buy ted baker Sorry

It is impossible to use the return portal, and if you call you are put on hold indefinitely. I returned an item December 16th and have still not been refunded for that item. My daughter tried to exchange another item in an atlanta store and was told she could not make the exchange without the original receipt which was not in the package when I received it. I would attempt to send that item back but since I havent been refunded for the other item it seems pointless

Ted Baker is the worst, most scummiest company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. Their customer service is legit non existent, so if you order a $600 jacket like I did that you ultimately need to return, best of luck to you. Their online return portal will not generate a return label for you, and it’s safe to say you’re better off going to Mars and back before their customer service team gets back to you. I hope this company goes out of business for their criminal behavior and I hope it takes deep pleasure in knowing that not only can Jeff Bezos generate a return label, but he can actually go to outer space too.

Bought an item of clothing online that was too big in the end so took it to the store to return but couldn't because they said it was an outlet item (must've changed in price from the time I bought it). Then tried to generate a printing label to mail it back but kept getting an error when generating return label, tried calling them and was hold for 20 minutes only at the end of that time waiting to hear an automated message to say that they don't have capacity to handle any calls. Appalling service given how much they charge for their items, way better service at other clothing stores that don't charge anywhere near as much! Very disappointing!

I returned a suit that didn't fit. I was told to reorder the item and that I would receive a refund for the original purchase. I sent the original order back using their shipping label and received proof of delivery once the order was returned to the Ted Baker facility. The order was returned on Nov. 29th, and I have yet to receive a refund! I Tried calling the customer service number (It's a complete waste of time) and was placed on hold for long periods of time. Only to get an automated message that no reps were available and suggested sending an email to customer service! The rep that responded (Jade) to my email has not been helpful at all. Jade asked for proof that the item was returned, once I provided the requested information, she didn't respond for days. After following up with her multiple times, she finally responded stating that I needed to wait 14 business days after the item was received at the warehouse before the refund would be processed! You could not pay me to ever purchase from this company. STAY AWAY, unless you don't mind the possibility of being ripped off.

Very bad customer service, no response to the enquiry neither complaint on no refund of the item which was sent back over a month ago. Considering the prices of the items, I would expect better service. Very disappointing and I would not purchase from them again.

Return is impossible. Entering a return request online from US requires UPS Service International option, but it's not in the pull-donw menu. Without selecting this non-available option, it's not taking it. I contacted the local Ted Baker store to no avail. I called the customer service at 833-585-4200 and they dont answer (waited about half an hour and gave up). I sent an email but no response.

Unable to contact a representative by calling their helpline. I literally get cut off every time I have attempted to call. Their delivery service by Evri is also awful. Evri have stated they attempted delivery but no one has actually turned up to deliver as stated. Still waiting 2 days later without any help from Ted Baker. Avoid. Do not purchase via their website. Better to purchase through a high street store.

I am afraid that this is the worst customer service I have had with an online clothing store. I buy regularly from the Ted Baker store in Dallas but decided to order online a jacket- $325 dollars including the delivery charge. The system happily took the money of course and then sent me the usual emails on delivery tracking which immediately flips to UPS, the contracted delivery company. UPS tracking system has been hopeless. They first of all signalled that there was a problem with the address-which there wasn't; they then claimed to have delivered to my front door(no photo and I live in an apartment block so patently an untrue statement): and then they said that I had another different delivery date after I had an opened an investigation with them on what went wrong. No communications now from UPS in over a week. I phoned the Ted Baker customer service line twice. The first time I was told that an investigation would be opened which would take 8-10 working days. I said truthfully that most online companies I dealt with would send a replacement item immediately and sort out the problem with their delivery contractor separately as I was the one who had paid the money and was losing out. I was told that this was not TB 'policy'. She said that I should have read the T's and C's. ' It is not our policy'. 'You would be surprised what people do, so we need to investigate'. ' All supervisors are busy' etc etc. I was extremely polite but pointed out that this was appalling customer service. She was implying that I needed to be investigated not that they had failed the customer having received their payment. Total indifference. She rang off. I phoned again a week later to be met with the same response from a different agent...I asked why I had not received any update or communication. After all, TB had my money. The same lines from the script were trotted out ...'it is our policy etc'. Again the customer agent rang off as I sought to find out why their customer service was so poor. It remains unresolved. TB need to up their game considerably to compete in the on-line market. I will be ensuring that their customer service approach is known among as many people as possible
