I have been trying to make a return for WEEKS. Their return portal does not work. I have called dozens of times and the phones do not seem to be monitored. I have also emailed quite a few times with no response. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company as based on the reviews I’m reading now this is the norm for Ted Baker and it’s unacceptable.

Bought merchandise for Christmas. Have been trying for over two weeks to return. Can’t get on line to print return label nor any answer from Customer Service. Emailed them twice and still waiting to hear from them for return label. Giving company until Monday and then contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge from Ted Baker. Very frustrating and disappointing! Haven’t had issues with them in the past.

Their return portal is not working, they don’t answer email or their customer support line. I called their store in Philly and manager said they would pass along my info, but still nothing. I pinged them on Instagram, their digital team said they would pas along my info, still nothing. I have $2k in merchandise I need to return. I shouldn’t have to carry the charge. I contacted the better business bureau and everyone else should too.

I am trying to return a purchase and can not get a response from this company. First, the return information is not readily available in your order. There is no prompt or instructions for generating a return labe. You have search for the return portal on their website. BUT, it does recognize the order number, so no return label. Additionally, no one returns emails. And no one picks up the phone line. This is absurd.

Have been trying to make a return using the online portal. Impossible to log in - keeps showing an error. No answer via phone number. I'm out over $600 because I can't return what I bought that doesn't fit. Unacceptable.

I have not received the refund on three items worth $1,300 I have returned over 3 months ago. No responses on numerous emails and phone calls from the customer service. It is unacceptable to exhibit such negligence in addressing customer concerns.

BEWARE of Ted Baker Customer Service! Because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. In fact, there is NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. Do you want to make a RETURN? Then, YOU better PAY for it yourself, despite their claim online of free returns. Returns online do not work and they do not answer their emails except with an automated generated response that says the team will respond to you in 72 hours, which they never do. I have emailed them numerous times (at least 20 times) and have gotten the same response. Oh and try calling! You will be put on hold and then they will drop your call. Even online chat does not work. They ask for your name and email and you are disconnected. Their service is poor. After over a month of trying to get a response, I finally went to the post office and paid $60.00 out of my pocket to return the four items I bought. How does this company expect its customers to patronize them if they do not respond to calls, texts, or emails?  I am very DISAPPOINTED in TED BAKER and that is an understatement.

MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Had to have multiple phone calls to them and still not resolving the issue. Lack of efficiency and rude attitudes, totally ruined the shopping experiences!! If you want Ted baker, buy from third party instead of their website. Terrible postal packaging and the product are not in the good conditions. Most annoyingly was the attitudes of the customer service: pretending to go silence, pushing the responsibility to others , being extremely rude, and not helpful, not even tried to check the order status before responding rudely over the phone. I’m very disappointed with their services. It have taken a whole month now to process a refund on a faulty items. I assumed it was because there isn’t a feedback rating system to monitor the staff hence they have been acting so poorly.

This has been a horrible buying experience. I have been trying to return a purchase and can not get a response from this company and the link on their site is not working. Going on two weeks. No one returns emails. Horrible customer service. I was going to exchange it, but after this experience I am done with them.

Charge you £3 to return an item and make it very difficult. I've not ended up returning as the portal (that I had to google because it's a separate company not on Ted bakers website anywhere) looked so dodgy I did not trust putting my card details in

It’s a joke ordering anything online. They are literally the WORST. I ordered a dress over a month ago and it was never sent out. I try contacting “customer service” which you can’t call….only email. They either never respond on take forever and don’t actually help. Like I feel crazy. They then sent me an invoice for the two other items I bought? Like I’m so confused. Wish I could ask someone for help……haha no they take your money, don’t sent out the item and then never respond.

I placed an order for a coat from Ted Baker on October 20th, and today is November 23rd. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order, and for the initial 12 days, there was no available tracking information. After considerable effort, I managed to make contact, which was a challenging process in itself. During this contact, I was informed of a delay but was not given a specific timeline. The day after reaching out, there was some tracking movement indicating that the package was "out for delivery." However, this status persisted for five days. Upon contacting Ted Baker again and finally reaching someone by phone, I was informed that they had initiated an investigation to determine if the package was lost with UPS. Now, after an additional week of waiting, I have attempted to contact them again through both email and phone, but as of now, I have received no response. No one is available on phone line. Can't believe this is a premium brand. Never encountered this type of experience before. My two cents, Don't shop with them. No one picks up the phone and no reply from emails.

Dark green Sandra long coat. Came in two weeks so gets one star, but that's it. It showed online with gold hardware and it came with nothing on it! Feels cheap, sewing looks really cheap but the worst part is...when you put your order number in to return online as promised...can't find you! Seriously just dropped $430 for this zoo??!! I tried everything to return it. Last time for me.

Very disappointed with Ted Baker .. I the team to enquire about packaging prior to purchasing an item to gift. I was advised throughout my conversation that it would be sent in a branded box just perfect for me to gift wrap. However the item arrived in a bag that was wet in places and looked like it had been trampled on. The item inside the bag was housed in a pollybag which was opened and torn and the item had been jammed inside the bag! Definitely not a nice look and a disgusting way to treat a customer. I rang to ask if this could be rectified & sent 2 emails ie at least to send out a replacement poly bag so I could repack it but to no avail. The Ted Team ( a guy called Greg ) was very uninterested and did not follow through or rectify incorrect information given to me from the onset! The Ted Team certainly do not value their customers.

We had an item with a gift receipt for Christmas. The item didn't fit as it was a little too big. We went to the store and discovered that the gift receipt we had was a single day out of date because we had been out of the country - so fair enough, that was our fault and I hadn't checked. However, the shirt hadn't been worn and still had the tags on and was in the original box. We didn't necessarily need the cash back, I would have accepted an exchange for the other size. However, the man behind the till was quite rude and said there was nothing he could do as it was a day out of date and that basically it was tough. I raised this with the Ted Baker customer service team, as you don't expect that sort of service from such a high end company. We spend a lot of money at Ted Baker every year. They said they would look into it and that it'd be forwarded to another department. I received no response, so I chased after 5 days looking for an ETA. The guy said it would be 3-5 working days. We are now on day 6 and I've still heard nothing. Don't think i'll be shopping here again.

Cross-posted because it was such a terrible experience and I want to make sure no one has this issue ever again. I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS They do not respond to the phone, I waited half an hour on hold with no wait time estimates. I also emailed several times trying to get a cancellation and refund and it took ages. Then they ignored my request for cancellation even though the only reason I couldn’t cancel was because they didn’t pick up the phone. To make cancellation easier please create an online option rather than have to call. UPDATE ON FEB. 7, 2023 I received my package and immediately had to return it during the first week of December as the shoes were much larger than the sizing chart suggested. I sent the package off with UPS December 9th, and received a "We received your return" email from Ted Baker Customer Service during the 2nd week of January. While I wasn't pleased that it took that long, I understood because it was the holiday period. What I didn't understand was why it took the end of January (27 days to be specific) and 3 more emails to Ted Baker Customer Service AFTER RECEIVING THAT "WE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN" email, for my refund to be processed. I received a "we're so sorry it took so long" response after 3 emails from myself to Ted Baker Customer Service in two weeks. It took another week for the refund to come through, only for it TO BE THE WRONG AMOUNT. I'm still waiting on the right refund now, 2 months after I first returned the product. They have been ignoring my emails and I cannot get a response from them ever. I will never ever buy from them again. I thought an online shopping experience from such a big brand should have been fine. I could never have expected worse service than Wish.com I work retail and there is no excuse for this. There wasn't a single positive in this experience and I can only say it's continued to get worse as time drags on.
