Company has gone down with terrible customer service. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and never experience such rude customer service like their current staff. First, you cannot reach them by phone or live chat. I tried calling 10 times. They purposely did not deliver 2 items but sent me a notification of a refund email without specifiying wich item is out of stock. Later, they told me that only 1 item is out of stock and 1 item that is still missing cannot be identified. They refused to refund the missing item that I have yet to received. Poor communication, poor customer service. Sadly, I would never shop here again.
