Got charged double when shopping in store because one of the staff said the payment didnt go through, even I insisted the payment did go through and show her my bank app notification. They charged me again and when I called for a refund of the extra charge, no one ever picks up and no one replies to the contact form and email. EXTREMELY BAD customer service, would never shop with them again.
