Ordered 3 items from Ted Baker website, after a week 2 items arrived! their online chat is unavailable, tried calling customer service but no advisor available on the phone and robot advised to email.
after a week I got an email saying I got to sign a 'denial of receipt' form so they could hand it to the delivery company. My package wasn't opened or tampered so why would I blame a Hermes driver for missing item. So now I got the option of losing £50 or blaming a delivery driver of stealing!
