TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a purse, handle broke after less than 2 weeks. Emailed Ted baker customer service to ask about warranty, exchange or refund. Was told to send purse back and sent a returns portal to use. Did exactly what they asked... sent bag back. Over a month later I cannot get a hold of anyone at Ted Baker... I have emailed many times. VERY Frustrated to be out $300 and sent the broken bag back and still haven't been give a refund.
