This store has the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced! After they sent me a wrong product, now I have to pay to sent this back. They made a mistake, so how come do I have to pay to return their own mistake. After paying 13 euros to sent this back I still don’t have my money back from the correct product i didn’t received in the first place or the money for sending the package with the wrong product inside. Today we called the customer service and this person hung up on us. I now have no product and loss money by buying at this website. Do not buy here!!! This is really the worst place to shop ever!!! As a beauty blogger I shop at so many places but this i’ve never expect from ted baker!
