Customer Service is awful, I purchased a handbag at Faro Airport-Portugal which is only 8 months old and the handle has frayed, not what you expect when paying £200. I contacted Ted Baker Customer Service to be told that as I had made my purchase at a concession rather than a Ted Baker Store there was nothing they could do. They suggested I returned to concession when I explained this was not feasible as I live in the UK the response was they couldn't help. Avoid Ted Baker at all costs
