Avoid at all costs! I purchased a handbag in Faro Airport (Portugal) around 8 months ago, the handle has frayed so I e-mail customer service. The response was simple as I purchased from a concession they couldn't help me. I explained that I lived in the UK and it wasn't feasible to return the bag to the concession in Portugal. Still not interested and not prepared to help not what you expect when paying £200 for a handbag
