I got a ted baker gift card, I checked their website every month to find something and nothing caught my eyes. When I checked the balance last week they made it zero, because I haven't use it for 2 years! This is their way of stealing money from customers. Instead of improving their designs they force their customers to buy whatever they produce otherwise you will loose money. Such a decent behavior!
