Absolutely love ted baker and find their clothes normally really last!
Tried to rerun an obviously fault t-shirt and was deemed to be dishonest and fraudulent despite clear evidence that shirt was faulty. It was £40 out of a £260 order - they refused to replace or refund as they could not resell the faulty tshirt. Utterly shocked to be treated like this by my favourite store.
