Being an avid online shopper, I have come across many vendors' customer service departments. To date, there has been none less helpful than the customer service provided by Ted Baker.
From curt, blase attitude towards their customer's concerns, not providing any communication whatsoever about a $700+ refund I'm due for over a month, to quoting policies and not being able to point me to where the policy actually is. The customer service I received from Asha at Ted Baker was truly terrible. I will never shop here again.
