We have bought lots of accessories and had service work carried out by them over the last ten years but called in today and was told they would not look at my Bailey under warranty as it was not bought from them. I queried this and said that Bailey would still pay them for warranty work which they agreed, but as I hadn’t bought this caravan from them they would not look at it . I will not spend another penny in this place now. I bet they would quite happily service the caravan though or store it !
