Carlos Salamanca from the Asia TEFL team has been wonderful. He helped me find out why my application hadn't gone through and how to re-apply. He kept in touch weekly and gave me the updates he had. I am very very grateful for his support and super happy because I passed the interview and got offered the position I wanted, thank you so so much for being by my side in the process Carlos, you are not only a good professional but a lovely person.
