Horrible service DO NOT USE!!!
I ordered flowers one week in advance for my friend in Germany for her big birthday. They didn't deliver as they claimed the address was incomplete, they never reached out to me nor her to double check the address AND they didn't refund me as they said it is in their policy not to refund incomplete address deliveries.... horrible, absolutely worst flower delivery ever!!!
