“Ich habe bei Euroflorist eine Expresslieferung bestellt. Die Bestellung wurde jedoch nicht zugestellt, obwohl der Zusteller lediglich „weitere Informationen“ angefordert hat und nicht von einer falschen Adresse gesprochen wurde.
Trotzdem wurde mir der gesamte Fall als „Adresse fehlerhaft“ angelastet – ohne nähere Prüfung und ohne Rücksicht darauf, dass der Zustellfehler klar beim Zustellpartner lag. Der Kundenservice hat auf meine Hinweise nicht reagiert und pauschal jede Entschädigung abgelehnt, obwohl die Leistung nie erbracht wurde.
Für mich wirkt das wenig kundenorientiert. Fehler passieren, aber die Verantwortung so eindeutig auf den Kunden abzuwälzen, obwohl der Vertrag nicht erfüllt wurde, ist enttäuschend.

“I would give them zero stars if I could. The flowers were sent all the way from Sweden to Denmark, which is a completely unnecessary waste of resources. They also arrived a day after my mum’s birthday, and the bouquet looked like something she could have picked in her own garden. I am not impressed and find this simply unacceptable.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The bouquet delivered was nothing like the one I ordered — neither in colors, number of flowers, nor overall composition. The arrangement I chose clearly showed pink and purple roses and chrysanthemums, but what was delivered had completely different colors and was mostly filled with greenery just to make it look fuller.
When I contacted customer service several times, I only received template responses and excuses about “seasonal variations.” It was obvious from their replies that they hadn’t even looked at the photos I sent. After a while, they simply stopped replying altogether — and when they did respond again, they switched to Dutch, even though all my communication had been in English.
They refused to take any responsibility and only offered a 20% discount code, which I will not use, since I will never order from this company again.
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially since the flowers were meant for a special occasion. The product did not match what was advertised, which under Dutch consumer law qualifies as a non-conforming product. I am legally entitled to a full refund, not a discount code and empty apologies.

“i ordered a flower arrangement on thursday the 18th of September to be delivered to my daughter in Amsterdam on Saturday the 20th of September 2025 and i specifically said they had to deliver in the morning as it was their engagement that day. my daughter told me that the flowers arrived at 19h30. i was so upset and disappointed as i really wanted to surprise them with flowers as we couldnt make it to her engagement party. i will never use them again!!!!!”

It was supposed to be delivered to Holland( NL)within two days- after three weeks of no delivery, I requested a refund. The company email must be answered by a pre recorded email because they do not even address what is requested…. Email is always about all the services they have. Thanks to PAYPAL, I got my refund. Do not waste your money and time with Euroflorist- they don’t deliver.”

Ik bestelde bloemen (NL22877916) op 1 september met same-day levering. Slechts 8 minuten later corrigeerde ik het adres, en medewerkers bevestigden tweemaal dat de lokale bloemist was geïnformeerd.
De bloemen zijn nooit geleverd. Ik ontving geen trackinglink of e-mail zoals zij beweren, en ik werd nooit gebeld, terwijl mijn telefoonnummer wel was opgegeven.
Ik heb zelfs een SMS van hen waarin staat dat de levering door een lokale bloemist zou gebeuren – maar later gaven ze DPD de schuld en weigerden ze mij terug te betalen.
Eindresultaat: geen bloemen, geen terugbetaling. Zeer teleurstellende en oneerlijke ervaring.”

When I contacted them with a photo as proof, they denied the flowers were dried, even though it's clearly visible in the image.

“The company treats customers unfairly. They lie about delivery times, they deliver the bouquet (according to them) 2 days later than the specified date, and then they write that the recipient was not at home, although this is not true. They do not answer the number on the website, nor on Instagram. They answer by mail after a couple of days. The service is the worst. I do not recommend them at all. The company lies that they could not reach the recipient, although there were no missed calls. They send you to the outskirts of the city to pick up the bouquet, although the delivery was paid for 10 euros, and they are also rude upon receipt. This is probably the worst service I have ever encountered. Save your nerves and do not cooperate with them!”

Solche besonderen Anlässe wie Geburtstage verdienen Respekt und Sorgfalt. Wer so mit Kundenwünschen umgeht, verliert Vertrauen.
Ich kann daher nur davon abraten, bei diesem Anbieter zu bestellen. Es gibt seriösere und zuverlässigere Alternativen.”
