“The first bouquet was not delivered due to an address mistake. I contacted the Customer Service dept. and explained the problem. The next day a new bouquet free of charge was delivered to the correct address. That is what I call a great, satisfactory Customer Service for resolving successfully a delivery issue. I will do business with them again.”

Flowers were never delivered and then I receive an email telling me that " we could find a florist to deliver" and that I could have a replacement delivered by currier 2/3 days later!

“Ich kann Euroflorist absolut nicht empfehlen. Ich habe Blumen bestellt, die nie angekommen sind. Das ist schlichtweg Diebstahl! Euroflorist hat mein Geld genommen und nichts dafür geliefert.
Der Kundenservice ist eine absolute Katastrophe – anstatt das Problem zu lösen, wird man mit immer neuen Ausreden hingehalten. Es scheint, als ob ihnen die Zufriedenheit ihrer Kunden völlig egal ist.
Nachdem die Blumen nicht geliefert wurden, wurde mir auch keine vernünftige Lösung angeboten. Stattdessen musste ich mehrmals dieselben Informationen übermitteln, nur um dann wieder ignoriert zu werden. Der Kundenservice ist nicht nur langsam, sondern auch völlig unprofessionell und inkompetent.
Ich fordere eine Rückerstattung meines Geldes und rate jedem dringend, die Finger von Euroflorist zu lassen. Wenn Sie nicht wollen, dass Ihr Geld verschwendet wird und Sie dann noch stundenlang mit einem schlechten Kundenservice kämpfen müssen, kaufen Sie besser woanders. Diese Firma liefert nicht, was sie verspricht, und kümmert sich danach auch nicht um ihre Fehler. Halten Sie sich fern!”
“Disappointed I cannot give zero stars. Ordered flowers for August 15 (mothersday in Antwerp) and were delivered on August 17. Flowers were already old and falling apart. Also ordered a box of chocolates. These were NOT delivered. Contacted 'customer service' to complain, and was told I would get 20pct off on a next order. Not even offered a refund for the chocolates that were NOT delivered. What a scam company. No one has any sense of responsibility these days. TERRIBLE!!!”

I have ordered a flower arrangement to congratulate a close person for having a baby. I have been bombed with meaningless marketing emails in Swedish (even though I completed the order in English), but no information on the actual delivery was received.
Almost a month later I was informed that delivery would not be made.
This has been the worst experience with an online service and I at suck a delicate and time-sensitive occasion.”

“Ordered flowers to be sent to a friend in Munich for her birthday, they said in 95% of the cases, delivery dates are met and in rare cases its 1-2 days later. Don't give these stupid statistics if its more like 50% or less of the time the flowers arrive on time (if they arrive at all). Also sorry I never read reviews before placing an order.”
