"should be zero. No communication despite 3 emails sent, no live chat working. Not delivered on time and no information that it actually has been delivered. nice flowers but so much different from what I have ordered, and not worth the money as flowers are more simple. won't order again."

"Ordered some flowers for my sisters 60th birthday when they arrived looked nothing like the picture, petals were brown around the edges. I complained and was told follow the inspections and in 48 hours they will be fine. 48 hours later then were nearly dead, I complained again and they sent a replacement next day - when the replacement arrived they were exactly they same as the first delivery so we refused to accept them I am now awaiting a full refund so I can buy elsewhere."

"This review is for euroflorist.fr\r\n\r\nI used them multiple times and they were okay. However, in the last 2 times I had a really bad experience that wiped out all the previous orders experience.\r\nThe one before the last one was that I ordered a bouquet and chose the biggest size of that item, however the one that delivered wasn't as big as it was supposed to be when I compared the pictures on their website and the one that was delivered, and when I emailed them and sent them the pictures of the flowers that was sent, they said that after analyzing the pictures \"In their opinion the size of the delivered order was correct\". I said to myself, okay I won't order a bigger size anymore, because it will be a waste of money to pay extra money and don't receive what I paid for.\r\n\r\nThe worst experience was with my last order which was a few days ago. I ordered a bouquet of Red Tulip to be sent to my French fianc\u00e9e in here birthday. I placed the order 3 days before her birthday and of course requested the order to be delivered on her birthday date. I also ordered a pack of Macarons to be sent with the flowers. \r\n\r\nHere is what happened: \r\n1- The order didn't arrive on that day. It was delivered a day later, which means my fianc\u00e9e got the flowers a day later after her birthday (useless)\r\n2- The package was missing the macarons.\r\n3- The flowers that was sent were horrible, and didn't look anything like the ones on their website, even my fianc\u00e9e made a joke with me and said: tell them you are sending flowers for a birthday event not to someone's funeral. \r\n\r\nThat was the worst experience ever. What's even worse, is that when I contacted euroflorist.fr to complain and sent them pictures of the flowers that was received, they didn't acknowledge any of my complaints nor apologizing for ruining such a birthday gift. They didn't even apologize that order was delivered a day late.\r\n\r\nThat was the worst customer service experience I ever had with a merchant. \r\nAnyway, I learned my lesson and won't use them ever again of course, and I already filed a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.\r\nMy advice to anyone who was thinking about using euroflorist.fr is to find another florist and stay away from them."
