Absolutely unspeakable. Overpaid and disappointed. They made a completely different bouquet (read: smaller, with fewer flowers) and didn't want to admit it. Please don't trust those pictures you see on their website.

I cannot recommend Euroflorist to anyone due to my recent experiences. I was extremely disappointed that my orders were both cancelled and never delivered. My first order was placed last Easter Sunday, and more recently, I ordered items for Mother’s Day—neither arrived! I’m very upset with the service and no customer service is available to help! I’m very disappointed such business should not exist!!

J’ai commandé un bouquet pour la fête des mères, avec livraison prévue le 10 mai. Nous sommes le 13 mai et les fleurs n’ont toujours pas été livrées. Le suivi DPD est bloqué depuis plusieurs jours, indiquant simplement que le colis est “en route vers le dépôt”, sans aucune évolution. Ce qui est inacceptable, c’est que le service client refuse d’assumer la responsabilité de ce retard en se réfugiant derrière une mention très floue selon laquelle la livraison pourrait avoir lieu avec “un à deux jours ouvrables de décalage”. Cette clause, ni claire ni mise en évidence au moment de la commande, ne peut justifier un tel dysfonctionnement, surtout pour des fleurs, un produit périssable. Le bouquet devait être offert à une date précise, et ce type de retard annule complètement l’intérêt de la commande. Malgré mes relances, on m’oppose des réponses vagues et on refuse toujours le remboursement, ce qui est tout simplement inadmissible. Ce genre de service est à éviter pour toute commande liée à un événement important. Aucune fiabilité, aucune réactivité, et surtout aucun respect du client.

Even 1 Star is too much for Euroflorist!! I ordered flowers well in advance for Mother’s Day, expecting a timely and special delivery. Not only did the package not arrive on time, but I found out it’s been sitting at the post station since Friday, completely unacceptable for a time-sensitive gift like this. Not only did they completely miss the date, but as of now my mother STILL hasn’t received anything. Mother’s Day came and went, and thanks to this flower shop’s lack of reliability, my mom received nothing. No heads-up, no proper tracking updates, no apology. Just radio silence. If you’re thinking of ordering for a special occasion – DON'T. This shop clearly has no understanding of what "on-time delivery" means or how important these moments are to people. Hugely disappointing and unprofessional.

Ordered flowers for mothers day. They offered to deliver on this day. On the day it self i got a mail they don't deliver due of too many orders. So in this case my mom did not get anything. Too sad for words. Not that i live around the corner so i can bring something my self. I live 225 km away.

My mother lives in Germany, I in the US, I ordered a pot of roses for her for Mothers Day, she is 92 years old. It arrived practically dead! Very disappointed!

Araceli GB • I ordered a bouquet of flowers for birthday and this company managed to ruin it entirely. Not only did the flowers never arrive, but it took them 10 full days to finally cancel the order after five separate emails from me chasing them. No update, no apology, no explanation unless I begged for one. Just silence. And in the end? A cold, automatic cancellation like it was no big deal. No effort to fix the mistake, no compensation, nothing. This was time-sensitive and important, and they just couldn't care less. If you're thinking of using them for a special occasion, don’t. They clearly have no respect for their customers' time, money, or emotional investment. I’ll never use this company again, and I strongly suggest you don’t either.

I had a very bad experience with EUROFLORIST. The person never recueces the Flowers, I asked my money back and they didn’t gave it back. There is no local phone number to call… I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

Florist delevired the boquet to wrong address. Did not even read the tip for florists. My girlfriend never got the 30 euro bouqet because the eurofloridt does not do refunds. Nor do they send another bouqet, even if its their fault.

One week ago, our company ordered flowers for a colleague that looked nothing like what was advertised. Customer service dismissed our concerns and ignored follow-up emails. Extremely disappointing.photos uploaded: expectations vs reality.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I ordered a bouquet that was advertised as large, with at least three roses and other flowers, in a yellow box. What I received was a very small bouquet with only one rose in a black box, which looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I also paid extra for an exclusive card, but instead got a plain brown piece of paper—far from the colorful and elegant cards shown online. On top of that, I never received a delivery notification as promised, and the tracking page didn’t work—it just kept loading. When I contacted customer service, they didn’t address my concerns and claimed there was no issue. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Really really disappointed. The bouquet of flowers were worse than the cheapest bunch I could have bought from the supermarket! I will never recommend euroflorist.

I will try to never deal with this company again. For two days I was kept in suspense by messages that my bouquet might not be delivered on time. When the bouquet was delivered, it turned out that it was not at all like in the photo, much poorer and smaller. It looked more like a bunch of grass than a bouquet. Instead of flowers, some kind of indistinct greenery. Birthday of my daughter was ruined.
